Baisakhi Bhattacharya
Baisakhi is a science graduate from Calcutta University and an ICD 10 proficient CPC (Certified Professional Coder) from American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). She brings to DestineX, her 14 years of experience of serving large organizations in healthcare revenue cycle management domain in the capacity of team lead and quality management.

An avid learner and a people’s person, she helps employees at DestineX in doing their Medical Coding, Medical Billing and other Medical Research as well as Medical Product research projects with a great efficiency. She has been instrumental with Medical Code mapping and providing support in creation of EMR system. Baisakhi has used medical billing platforms like Kareo, AdvancedMD, Medisoft, Medrium, Athena, to name a few. She is also an expert in medical coding for the specialties like anesthesia, radiology, podiatry, emergency room, psychiatry, dermatology, etc.

Baisakhi is responsible for day to day operations at DestineX and looks after the company’s deliverables to it’s clients.

Partha Bhattacharya
Partha is a commerce graduate from Burdwan University and a 3 years diploma holder in computer software engineering, along with 1 year management diploma in network centric operations from National Institute of Information Technology. He brings 14 years of experience in Banking, BPO, Information Technology, IT Education and Management Education to DestineX. He worked in the organization like HDFC Bank in the initial days of his career from 2000 to 2002.

A perfectionist by nature, Partha is serial entrepreneur, he formed an Information Technology partnership organization 2005, from which he divested himself in 2007.

Later in 2014, to fulfill his entrepreneurial dream, Partha envisioned DestineX as a highly tech savvy BPO firm with rich know-how, that will provide back office support function to it’s global clientele who are in the need of virtual assistance services in domains like Real Estate and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. To make this dream true, he left his full time job and chose his birthplace in Burdwan, which is a remote location, far from daily city crowd to set up DestineX. In another way it generates employment for the local youth.

Partha spearhead growth, strategy, mission and vision of the company and apart from his regular activities in the organization, currently he is engaged in construction of a 50 seater office set up that will enable DestineX to grow to the next generation BPO organization.
